We have a full time opening for an Office Administrator/Appointment Managing Specialist for a Canadian company that specializes in Window and Door Installations and Renovations. Main duties will be making outbound calls confirming and scheduling appointments for the Sales team to travel onsite for evaluations.
Ideal candidate is either an English speaking Expat, or local person, based in either Mexico or Argentina, that has fluent written and oral English skills. This person must also have a positive, confident and friendly disposition with a keen attention to detail. Excellent customer service experience and strong computer skills are needed. Must also be able to work independently and in a group atmosphere.
Must have home computer with Valid MS Operating system (Windows 7 or Windows 8), high speed internet (Telmex/Telecable or Cablemas preferred) and a quiet place to work.
Working hours would likely be Monday to Friday during normal business hours (Mountain Time Zone)
Wage for this position begins at $1000.00/month/USD for full time employment, with an increase to $1,200.00 after 3 months of full time employment. We also reimburse you for your monthly internet costs, USB headset and UPS. In addition, we maintain the software health during your employment with us.
