Customer Service Rep Wanted

We have a Canadian Service company who requires a full time opening for a Customer Service Representative and Live Chat Moderator. The successful candidate must be able to start within 2-4 days of being hired. Ideal candidate is a Canadian or American expat, based in Mexico or a local person who has have fluent written and oral English skills. Must be extremely punctual, have a positive disposition with a keen attention to detail. Candidate requires to have a home computer with Valid MS Operating system (Windows 7 or Windows 8 or 10), their own high speed internet (Telmex/Telecable or Cablemas preferred) and a quiet place to work.
Working hours would likely be Monday to Friday during normal business hours, on Mountain Time, with occasional Saturday rotational shift.
Position entails answering and booking large amount of client calls for service, adhering to a telephone script, and moderating Live Chat for their website inquiries. Other office administrative tasks may also be required, but main duties will be Customer Service Representative and Live Chat. Call centre and Office Administration experience necessary.
Wage for this position begins at $17,500.00 MXN/month for full time employment, with an increase to $18,500.00 MXN/month after 3 months of full time employment. We also reimburse you for your monthly internet costs and UPS. We also provide you with anti-virus software and maintain the software health during your employment with us.
