Part-Time and Full Time Bookkeepers with Canadian Bookkeeping Experience Needed

Tursa Group is looking for part-time and full time bookkeepers with Canadian Bookkeeping experience to work remotely from home in Mexico. Schedules are Monday to Friday and are based on North American time zones. Candidates must be have 100% English Skills both written and oral, have their own high speed internet connection, a quiet place to work, and home computer with a valid Microsoft Operating system (Windows 7, 8 or 10). We are seeking confident, analytical thinkers with a strong passion for ensuring that books are completed properly with a keen attention to detail.

Potential Duties include:
Perform daily reconciliation of credit card and cash sales
Enter and process payables, monitor balances, and do reconciliations
Produce timely month-end statements and prepare for year ends
Prepare GST or other tax statements
Tag and monitor fixed assets
Maintain the petty cash fund, chart of accounts, and annual budgets
Process accounts receivable and Payroll
Administer benefits program for staff and other HR related documentation
Budgeting and cash flow projections
Training and supervision of support staff
New employee/termination of employee paperwork and procedures administration

Qualifications:
5-10 years experience in a similar role
Confident and knowledgeable in current taxation laws and procedures
Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Accounting, or related certification
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a high level of communication
Experience with QuickBooks, Sage50, and QBO. Other accounting software programs are of benefit.

We are seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to work for a busy Heating and Plumbing company, located in Calgary, Alberta. This position may be half, three quarter or full time, Monday to Friday) and is a work from home position. The hours per week will be discussed with the candidate.
Must have home computer with Valid MS Operating system (Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10), high speed internet (Telmex/Telecable or Cablemas preferred) and a quiet place to work.

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best possible talent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans
Primary skilled trade positions include; Dispatchers; HVAC and Plumbers, Jr. and Helper
Office positions include; Customer Service Reps.; Sales; Bookkeeping; and Marketing
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
Administrative duties and recordkeeping
Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings
Create, maintain, and update job descriptions
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates, initiated networks through social networking sites such as Linked-In, Facebook, and Twitter
Post openings in newspaper advertisements and online, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
Run background, criminal and credit checks on new hires for the company
Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
–Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
–Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
–Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
–Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required
3-4 years of recruiting experience
Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel; and the ability to lead others.
Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude
This position may be 4 hours per day, 6 hours per day, or full time. It will be determined within the next few weeks.
Wage for this position based on the above is:
Half time
$629.00/month CAD first 3 months (8,428.60 MXN Pesos)
$767.00/month CAD after 4 months (10,277.8 MXN Pesos)
Three Quarter time:
$1,101.00/month CAD first 3 months (14,753.40 MXN Pesos)
$1,342.00 CAD/month thereafter (17,982.80MXN Pesos)

Full time:
$1,258.00/month CAD first three months ($16,857.20 MXN Pesos)
$1,534.00/month CAD thereafter ($20,555.60 MXN Pesos))
