We offer three different levels of monthly IT support to suit any budget and accommodate your business’ needs. Let us take the stress out of managing your company’s IT support.

Our three packages are:

Option 1 – Monitoring, Antivirus Software, and Web Protection
(Onsite and Remote support appointments are billed at standard rates)

This package includes the Managed Antivirus Software, Web Protection, and also 24 hour Monitoring of your Server and workstations. In addition, automatic software security updates on the workstations and monitoring of security and health of the Server will also be completed. If there are updates to the Server, or any non automatic updates or security patches that need to be completed, we will let you know, and you have the option of completing the work yourselves, or our remote technicians can complete them for you, at our regular remote support or onsite rates.

Option 2 – Remote Support and Monitoring Services, Antivirus Software, and Web Protection
(Onsite support appointments are billed at standard rates)

This package includes Unlimited Remote Support (as long as an internet connection is available), the Managed Antivirus Software, Web Protection, and also 24 hour Monitoring of your Server and workstations. In addition, automatic software security updates on the workstations and monitoring of security and health of the Server will also be completed. If there are updates to the Server, or any non automatic updates or security patches that need to be completed, we will let you know, and one of our remote technicians will log onto your computer to update and/or fix as part of your contract.

Option 3 – Onsite, Remote Support, Monitoring Services, Antivirus Software, and Web Protection

This package includes Unlimited Onsite and Remote Support, the Managed Antivirus Software, Web Protection, and also 24 hour Monitoring of your Server and workstations. In addition, automatic software security updates on the workstations and monitoring of security and health of the Server will also be completed. If there are updates to the Server, or any non automatic updates or security patches that need to be completed, we will let you know, and one of our remote technicians will log onto your computer to update and/or fix as part of your contract. If an internet connection is not available or you need a hardware repair, one of our onsite technicians will come to your office to do the repair onsite as part of your contract.
