You must have a stable home computer with a Valid MS Operating system (Windows 10 or Macintosh based), your own high speed internet and a quiet place to work. Call center/reception experience, strong computer experience and an interest in technology is required to fill this role.
This position may involve the following:
Researching various software applications and how they integrate with each other.
Potential Project management (dependent on applicant’s background and skill set)
Scheduling onsite and remote support service calls for our clients across Canada.
Interacting with clients via live chat, general office administration and accounting work.
We are a small company so you must be prepared to take on a variety of tasks and also be flexible in the shifts that we are able to provide for you.
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday with standard North American office hours, with a rotating Friday off/weekend shift every 5 weeks. Wage for this position is: $20,000 Pesos/month for the first 3 months, then $21,000 Pesos/month thereafter for full time employment. We reimburse you for your monthly internet costs, provide costs for a USB headset, VOIP phone, UPS, and second monitor. We also provide 2 weeks paid vacation time per year, and paid sick days. As we are an IT Support company, we also maintain the software health of your computer, including anti-virus software during your employment with us.
