Tursa Group is looking for a part time bookkeeper with Canadian Bookkeeping experience to work remotely from home in Mexico. Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 4 hours (daytime) per day would likely be the schedule, but more hours per week may be required. Candidates must have 100% English Skills both written and oral, have their own high speed internet connection, a quiet place to work, and home computer with a valid Microsoft Operating system (Windows 10 or MAC OS). We are seeking confident, analytical thinkers with a strong passion for ensuring that books are completed properly with a keen attention to detail.


Potential Duties include:
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations 
Enter and process payables, monitor balances and statements
Produce timely month-end statements and prepare for year ends
Prepare GST or other provincial tax remittances
Prepare and submit Provincial WCB remittances
Tag and monitor fixed assets chart of accounts

Qualifications:
5-10 years experience in a similar role
Confident and knowledgeable in current taxation laws and procedures
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Accounting, or related certification
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a high level of communication
Experience with QBO an asset

Please document all accounting software databases and Office programs that you are comfortable with using, and the level of experience. 
Part time wage to start is $9,000.00 Pesos/month. Wage will be increased after 3 months of successful employment based on experience and performance.
